Gingerich Structures, LLC was founded by two brothers, Simon and Henry Gingerich. Simon and Henry grew up in rural Northeast Iowa in an Amish Community. They were brought up to know a strong work ethic and were taught the construction trade from young ages as they helped their dad with his business. Both of them started out working for other companies when they ventured out on their own as young adults.

In January 2017 Kevin Glassburn joined the team of owners. He brings 18 years of experience in the post frame industry. Kevin started his career erecting buildings and built over 700 buildings. H has been in sales and management for the last eight years and believes in giving his customers the best possible experience from initial conversation to final walk through.

They have gained extensive knowledge in all types of construction including commercial, residential and post frame buildings. Coming from a business owner background they decided to come together to build a company of their own. They believe in the values of honesty, integrity and hard work and they wanted to be able to instill those principles into their business.
