Wild Rice Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound Italian sausage
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped red peppers
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cooked & cooled wild rice

Instructions

1. Saute chopped onions, peppers and garlic in 1 teaspoon olive oil.
2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
3. Place in a greased loaf pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 60 minutes.
4. Uncover and bake for 10 additional minutes or until meatloaf reaches 160 degrees.
5. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
