Ingredients

1. 2 lbs lean ground beef
2. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
3. 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
4. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Fiesta nacho cheese soup
5. 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
6. 1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Brown beef and drain.
2. Stir in taco seasoning and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add corn and nacho cheese soup. Put in 9 x 13 pan and top with tater tots.
4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
5. Take out and top with cheese. Put back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6. Add ketchup or taco sauce when serving. Enjoy!
