Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

  1. 6 pork chops
  2. 1 cup of plain bread crumbs
  3. 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  5. 1/2 cup of melted butter
  1. In a bowl combine 1 cup of plain bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  2. Now in a separate shallow dish melt 1/2 cup of butter.
  3. Dip the pork chops in the butter and then into the bread crumbs mixture coating each side.
  4. Place pork chops in a single layer in a 9"x13" baking dish then drizzle remaining melted butter.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees. And then let the pork chops rest in the pan for 3 minutes before serving.
