Oven Meatballs

  1. 2 pounds of ground beef
  2. 1 1/2 cups of soft bread crumbs (3 slices of bread)
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  1. First combine all of the ingredients and mix together. Next shape into 4 dozen meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs on baking sheets lined with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until the meatballs reach 160 degrees on a meat thermometer. Now you can remove them from the pan and serve them with your favorite sauce. This meatball freezes very well so if you have too many just freeze them for later.
