Mug Meatloaf

Whether you're in college and your only stove option is a microwave, or you need a quick and simple meal for one, this recipe won't disappoint!

Mug Meatloaf

Ingredients

1. 1 tablespoon ketchup or BBQ sauce
2. 2 tablespoons milk
3. 2 tablespoons quick oats
4. 1 teaspoon onion soup mix
5. 1/4 pound lean ground beef
6. Cooking Spray or cooking oil

Instructions

1. Combine the milk, ketchup (BBQ sauce), oats and soup mix in a small bowl, add ground beef and mix well.
2. Lightly coat a microwave-safe mug or custard cup with cooking spray or oil. Roll meat mixture into a ball and place in mug.
Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain off any excess oil, and let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
