Easy Cheesy Potatoes

  1. 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
  2. 1/4 onion chopped
  3. 8 oz sour cream
  4. 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  5. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1 cup crushed plain potato chips
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  9. 1/4 cup melted butter
  1. First you combine the potatoes and all of the ingredients (except the potato chips) in a bowl. Now mix all of your ingredients (except the potato chips) and then put them in a greased 9x13 inch pan or a 3 quart casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. Then top with your crushed plain potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
