Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Pasta


1 pound chicken, diced
1 package precooked microwavable bacon
2 jars alfredo sauce
1 small bottle ranch dressing
Adobo seasoning
1 small onion
12 ounces rotini pasta
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese


1. In a large pot, cook the rotini pasta.
2. In a medium pan, cook the diced chicken and onion with adobo seasoning until it’s no longer pink.
3. Also while the meat and noodles are cooking, prepare the package of pre-cooked bacon in the microwave and crumble.
4. In the pot with the cooked rotini, combine the chicken and onion mixture, alfredo sauce, ranch dressing and bacon.
5. Stir until everything is mixed well and heated through. At the end, stir in the cheese until melted.
