Beef and Onion Sliders


  1. 1/4 cup dried minced onions
  2. 1 pound ground beef
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. 12 King's Hawaiian Rolls or other small buns


  1. You start by covering the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish with 1/4 cup dry minced onions. Then put 1 pound of ground beef on top of the onions. Pat it down so it is an even layer. Next, season with salt and pepper or with your favorite seasoning. Bake the pan in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35 min. After the 35 min, make sure the meat temps at 160 degrees. Next, cut up the meat into 12 equal pieces and put them on the buns. I used King's Hawaiian Rolls, but you can use any cocktail roll that you have. Now you can add cheese or your favorite toppings and serve.
