Basic Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (about 8 ounces)
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toss cooked chicken, chopped apple, celery, onion, grapes and walnuts into a large mixing bowl and give them a good stir.
- Fold in mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper. Continue folding until all the ingredients are well-coated.
- Serve on buns or crossants.
