    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    3 cups dark chocolate ice cream
    2 pouches (1.25 oz) double hot cocoa mix
    1 1/2 cups Kahlúa™ or Baileys™ Irish Cream
    1 cup whipped cream
    1/3 cup chocolate sauce
    1 bar (4 oz) chocolate
     
    Steps

    In a blender, combine chocolate ice cream, hot cocoa mix and Kahlua™ or Baileys™. Blend until smooth. Pour into large martini or tequila glasses.

    Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
