Ingredients1 cup uncooked rice1/2 cup pineapple juice1 cup water1/2 cup crushed pineapple2 teaspoons butter1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro1/4 cup chopped green onions2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions-
Place pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.In a medium bowl, mix the catsup and Coca-Cola and pour over the pork chops.Sprinkle with tops of each pork chop with brown sugar.Bake uncovered in a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
