  Ingredients

  1 cup butter
  1 3/4 cup sugar
  4 eggs
  1 tsp. vanilla
  3 cups flour
  1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  1/2 tsp. salt
  1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

  Instructions

  Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  Soften butter in a bowl and mix in the sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt.
  Spread it into a 11x15 greased jelly roll pan or a shallow baking pan.
  Use a spoon to put 1 can (21 oz) of cherry pie filling on top of the batter.
  Bake for 40 min.

• Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream Sauce

  Ingredients
  Filling

  1 lb. cooked chicken
  1/2 onion chopped
  1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
  1/2 teaspoon cumin
  1/4 teaspoon salt

  Sauce

  3 tablespoons of butter
  3 tablespoon of flour
  2 cups of chicken stock
  1 cup of sour cream
  1 (4 oz.) can green chiles

  Other

  8 flour tortillas
  1 cup of Mexican blend shredded cheese for the top

  Instructions

  Season chicken with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. Your chicken might take less time since I used thick chicken breasts. Make sure your chicken has an internal temperature of 165 ...

• Calzones

  Ingredients

  1 (8 oz.) package of Crescent Recipe Creations
  1 jar of pizza sauce
  1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4 slices of salami
  1/4 of a pound of ham
  1 package of pepperoni slices

  Instructions

  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  Start with one tube of Pillsbury Crescent recipe creations. It is basically just crescent rolls without being cut into triangles. You could also use regular crescent rolls and just smooth out the perforations.
  Remove the dough from the tube and cut it in half. This will make two large calzones.
  Put pizza sauce on each side.

  These days, if it fits on the label and is technically true, a marketing person probably will probably try to slap it on a product. Eggs are no exception!
  The use of hormones is prohibited in egg production. As with meat, sick poultry that have been treated with antibiotics are kept away from the other birds and the eggs are kept separate. The FDA considers all eggs to be natural and non-GMO.

• Glazed Blueberry Muffins

  Ingredients

  1 3/4 cups flour
  1/3 cup sugar
  2 teaspoons baking powder
  1/4 teaspoon salt
  1 beaten egg
  3/4 cup milk
  1/4 cup cooking oil
  6 oz package of fresh blueberries

  Instructions

  To make these muffins, you need to mix the dry ingredients first: mix the 1 3/4 cups of flour, the 1/3 cup sugar, the 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Once you are done mixing the dry ingredients, make a hole in the middle for the egg, milk, and oil.
