  Ingredients

  1 cup butter
  1 3/4 cup sugar
  4 eggs
  1 tsp. vanilla
  3 cups flour
  1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  1/2 tsp. salt
  1 (21 oz.) can of blueberry pie filling

  Powdered Sugar Frosting
  -------------------------------------
  1 tsp. butter
  1/4 cup milk
  1 tsp. vanilla
  2 cups powdered sugar

  Instructions

• Butter Brickle Ice Cream Dessert

  Ingredients

  2 cups of graham crackers
  1 cup of sugar
  1/3 cup of melted butter
  2 (3.4 oz.) packages of vanilla pudding
  1 1/2 cups of milk
  1 quart of butter brickle ice cream
  1 (8 oz.) tub of Cool Whip
  1 Hershey Chocolate bar grated (to garnish the top)

  Instructions

  First make sure you have thawed your Cool Whip in the refrigerator for at least four hours before you start this dessert; Cool Whip needs to be thawed out. Then set out the butter brickle ice cream on the counter so that it will be soft enough ...

  Ingredients

  Crust Ingredients
  --------------------
  1 cup of flour
  1/2 cup of softened butter
  1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  --------------------------------------

  Lemon Topping
  ----------------------
  2 eggs (well beaten)
  2 tablespoons of flour
  1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  1 cup of granulated sugar
  3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice (I used the juice from 3 lemons)
  ---------------------------------------------
  1/4 cup of powdered sugar (to sprinkle on the top of bars after they are cool)

  Instructions

  In a mixer blend together 1 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. And then cut in 1/2 cup of softened butter.

• Oreo and Brownie Ice Cream Dessert

  Ingredients

  1 (13x9") package of brownie mix
  1 (14.3 ounce package) of Oreo cookies crushed (you will use 1/2 of the package or 18 cookies for each layer)
  1/2 cup of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (you will use 1/4 cup to top the bottom and top layers)
  1 (1.75 quart package) of vanilla ice cream

  Instructions

  First bake one box of chocolate brownies according to the package directions in a 13"x9" pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
